If you are a sensitive soul or a dreamer, you may find the path to opening your third eye relatively easy. I know this is a bold statement. I speak from experience and what my clients shared with me. Being open to the ethereal realms naturally has its advantages, but beware, for when you attempt to open your third eye prematurely, you are unsealing the gateway to both heaven and hell within yourself.
In this article, you will learn 3 ancient, super-powerful keys to unlocking your third eye. But first, let’s look at what the Third Eye really is and what is important for you to know before you decide to go down this path.
1 Peter 1:23 (NIV): “For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.”
What I Wish I Knew Before My Third Eye Opening Journey
Our chakras align with our etheric body and life force and always work cohesively. It is important to not see the third eye as a gateway to other dimensions/levels of consciousness to escape this reality. Here is where I made a huge mistake and I hope you don’t make it, too: when I managed to open my third eye for the first time, I was not ready at all. There was so much baggage in my sacral chakra (where we store most of our traumas) that it took me months to get through it via prayer, journaling, and dietary changes (this is when I first started with an ayurvedic diet).
However, I still underestimated the power of how quickly the ego can pretend to want to destroy itself in the name of the Spirit. Truly spiritual people never rush after spiritual experiences, they are already spiritual, even if they just sit and smile.
And there is nothing worse than to know the Truth and act against it.
